Costco.com listed the 30-roll pack at $24.99 online, and the same page showed $20.99 at the Seattle warehouse (ZIP 98101). At $20.99, that’s about $0.18 per 100 sheets before membership, or $0.23 with the estimated fee share. Walmart listed the Charmin 12 Mega pack (208 sheets/roll) at $14.97. Why does price per sheet matter?
A Charmin Mega roll has 208 sheets here; each Kirkland roll has 380. Per sheet, Kirkland costs about a third as much before membership and under half as much with the estimated fee share. Sheet sizes can differ between brands, and we couldn’t confirm current sheet dimensions on official pages, so we compare by sheet count only.

We divide the price by the pack quantity to get a cost per unit. For warehouse clubs we show two numbers: the shelf price alone, and an estimate that adds a share of the basic membership fee (Costco $65/yr, Sam’s Club $60/yr) charged in full to this one item. We spread the annual membership fee over an assumed 12 trips a year ($65 Costco = $5.42/trip; $60 Sam’s Club = $5.00/trip). If you already have a membership, use the first number.
